Where are Meyenberg products made?

Our products are made a few miles from Marseilles in Provence in the south of France. Fragrances are developed in Grasse.

Are the products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

Is the packaging made from recycled materials?

The bottles are made from 100% recycled material. The pumps are made of recyclable thermoplastic. We ask you to recycle both the bottle and the pump again.

Are the products natural and organic?

Our soaps are 96.7% natural, and contain no sulphates, parabens, mineral oil or phthalates. The basic recipe of the soaps is organic, the perfumes we add are a mix of safe synthetic perfume ingredients and natural perfumes.

Do you test on animals?

No.  

Do your products contain sulphates or parabens?

No. Our products contain no sulphates, phthalates or parabens.

How long does the delivery take?

We send the delivery the same day or the day after we receive your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Depending on the delivery method and where you live, it takes 2-5 days to receive your order. 

Which payment methods can I use to pay?

We work with Klarna, and you can choose to pay directly, by invoice or in installments. You can also pay by VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Swish.

Which countries do you supply?

At the moment, we only deliver within Sweden. We are working on delivering to the rest of the EU and Norway.

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Get in touch with us at hello@meyenberg.se and we will help you with a return label and refund.
