All prices are quoted in SEK, NOK or EUR and include VAT applicable at the time of sale. Shipping is included for purchases over 500 SEK. To make a purchase on www.meyenberg.se you must be over 18 years old. Payment options<\/h2>\n

Qliro is Meyenberg’s payment provider and handles payment transactions at the checkout. When you choose Swish, you will therefore see that the payee is Q*Meyenberg, which means that Qliro is the recipient of the money for the purchase and handles the payment for Meyenberg. For card payments in Norway, the order amount is reserved at the time of purchase and deducted when the order is shipped from the warehouse. For orders to Norway with vipps as payment method, payment is only made in NOK.<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal and complaints<\/h2>\n

Under the Distance Contracts Act (according to the Swedish Consumer Agency), private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. But at Meyenberg  you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. The condition is that the product is in the same condition as you received it… Opened and \/ or used products are not returned for health and hygiene reasons. When exercising the right of withdrawal\/open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can email hello@meyenberg.se.Observera that we  must authorize the return before sending back the package.<\/span><\/p>\n

You usually have a 3-year right of complaint in Sweden and a 2-year right of complaint in Norway, but you must submit your complaint within 2 months of discovering the defect. Keep in mind that the hand soap has a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Therefore, check the goods directly and get in touch immediately if something is not right or if a package is broken.<\/p>\n

Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

We are not responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product. We do not accept any responsibility for delays\/errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, industrial dispute, fire, war, government decision.<\/p>\n
